The Life

Well, the summer is up and going.  We're playing baseball two nights a week.  I'm starting a new job in the next few weeks and Corey is farming the dirt like crazy!!!  We are SO behind with our planting that it's been very stressful.  I've never been one to wish away time, but I sure hope the next month goes by smoothly.  We've also made a decision to send our children to Clay Center next year to school.  The only reason being convenience.  I will be working at Country Place Senior Living and my hours will be very flexible.  Grady will be attending preschool at our church three afternoons a week and I'm planning on working during that time.  Then I'll be able to bring the boys home after all of their practices and start homework and supper.  I'll hopefully be able to spend most of my mornings at home which is my only productive time anyway.  We'll see how well it blends together.  I will still work one day a week at the Cardiac Rehab and one/two mornings a month prepping cataract patients for their procedure.  I really enjoy both of those things.    We are entering the next phase of life with Jr. High and I'm not sure  not in any way ready for it.  I want to freeze life 'right now'.  We are still teenager free and baby free!!  I mean this is the life!!  I don't want to dread the next 10 years, but my third child will graduate in 10 years and that's alot of boys entering puberty, driving, not going to parties and more testoserone.  In 10 yrs my oldest will be 22 and I could very easily be a 'Gma'.  Yikes.  The G word.  I love Gmas, don't get me wrong.  But me??  I'm still in my twenties and that just can't happen!  :o)  Anyway, life sure does go by faster and faster.  Hope you all are enjoying the beautiful weather and remember to take time to thank The One who blesses us with it!

Oh, my camera is out-of-service per a certain youngest part of our family so I can't bore you with any pics for while........but I'm saving my pennies!
